Return Policy

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping (if applicable). Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way may not be returned. You may return unused items in their original packaging within 25 days of purchase. Returned items must be received by Chuzmii Hair Co. / Chuzmii Cosmetics within 25 days from the date the item was ordered. Orders returned after 25 days will be sent back to the customer.

Hair must be in its original state (the same as it was sent to you).

We do not refund shipping charges.

EXCHANGES

Not the style you were looking for and wanted to exchange for something else? No problem! Just send it back to us!

For altered products (bundles are unwrapped / extensions have been worn) all sales are finalAny hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way may not be returned. 

Please note that online orders cannot be returned for credit. Any returned online order must be refunded to their original form of payment or returned to be exchanged.   All clearance products including special listings are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All clearance products including special listings are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you have any questions about these products please contact us directly first to make sure it is clear as to what you will be receiving.

 

SHIPPING

For the protection of our clients please note that purchases over $150 may be subject to signature requirements and cannot be modified, so please plan accordingly.

Orders placed before 2 pm ET generally ship the same day. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day.

We offer two shipping options:  

Standard Shipping: 1 – 3 Business Day shipping 

Express Shipping: 1 – 2 Business Day shipping

Delivery times are based on the distance from our Atlanta warehouse.

Once the order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.

 

INSURANCE

We offer a Route insurance option when placing orders on our site. Please understand that if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged after leaving our facility we are unable to accept any responsibility for the package contents. We do not provide refunds or replacements for orders that are lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. We unfortunately do not take responsibility if USPS or FEDEX delays, damages or loses your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control. In the event that something happens to your package please contact Route via their mobile app or website.
